Research Question
What are the (a)biotic consequences of biogenic reef (re)introductions in the southern North Sea?
I am studying the (a)biotic consequences of biogenic reef (re)introductions in the southern North Sea, using a modelling approach. Three types of ecological models, a habitat suitability model, a NPZD model and a food web model, are used to investigate if there are suitable locations in the southern North Sea and how biogenic reef introductions affect phytoplankton dynamics and the food web.
